It is the core of community life at Ciudad Patricia. The reception area, restaurant, beauty centre, and some of our main services are located here.
Iris Building
Iris, completed in 2018, offers 15 apartments built to luxury quality standards. It is located just 50 metres from the Central Building.
Gardenia Building
Gardenia is located right across from the Central Building, allowing you to enjoy all the facilities that are just a stone’s throw away from your apartment.
Hortensia Building

A home for living and enjoying at our senior resort
In Ciudad Patricia, we have a total of 190 apartments spread across five three-floor buildings. They are located in an exclusive residential community for seniors in one of the best areas of the Costa Blanca. You will be able to choose between one- or two-bedroom customised apartments, with all the privacy and security needed to enjoy your life to the fullest in our residential resort for retirees.
All of the apartments are spacious and comfortable and have a private garden or balcony with views. They also include all of the services of the Ciudad Patricia community.
FLORA BUILDING
The apartments in this building are located in the tallest part of our senior resort, boasting the best panoramic views of the valley, the mountains, and the Ciudad Patricia residential resort. All of the apartments feature a spacious living room and one or two bedrooms and always have a large private balcony. Some ground floor apartments have an additional large terrace or private garden.
ELISA BUILDING
The apartments in the Elisa Building are located in a very tranquil location, in the centre of the park. Surrounded by green areas, this building is located very near the Central Building, indoor pool, fully equipped gym, and hobby room. Overlooking a beautiful garden and two swimming pools, all of the apartments are spacious with one or two bedrooms and boast a large private balcony. Some have a private garden.
GARDENIA BUILDING
Located in the lower part of the resort and right in front of the Central Building, this is the perfect option for people with reduced mobility since it makes it easy for them to enjoy the facilities that are a just stone’s throw away from these apartments. This building has ample parking in front of the entrance. All of the apartments are spacious with one or two bedrooms and have a large private balcony or, in some cases, a private garden.
HORTENSIA BUILDING
On the edge of our exclusive senior living resort and next to a residential area with pine forests on the outskirts of Benidorm, these apartments allow you to enjoy the peacefulness of Ciudad Patricia while enjoying leisure activities in the vibrant city of Benidorm. This building boasts the largest swimming pool in the resort and a miniature golf course. Each apartment has one or two rooms and a large private balcony. Some ground floor apartments have an additional terrace or a private garden.
IRIS BUILDING
Our newest building, which was completed in 2018, features 15 premium luxury apartments ranging from 98 to 130 square metres. It is in an excellent location, next to the Central Building of our senior living resort and very near to the indoor swimming pool. These high-standing apartments are more spacious than the rest and have a large and sunny south-facing balcony. Most of them also have a north-facing balcony overlooking the valley.
The Iris Building is sustainable and cosy. Its apartments have a heat pump with underfloor heating and cooling and an air conditioning system where the temperature can be set for each room, which significantly reduces energy use. They also have the advantage of having a private storage room, an underground car park, and lift access for every two apartments.
JAZMÍN BUILDING
Edificio Jazmín comprises of 18 luxurious and spacious 2-bedroom apartments. All apartments have its own terrace or garden. Inside, the apartments have a modern open plan kitchen and two bathrooms.
We've designed Jazmín in such a way that it integrates with the green parklands and other buildings in the resort. It will be situated on the gentle slopes between Flora and Gardenia buildings, close to our Central Building giving residents wonderful views inland, across the vallley and to the mountains beyond.
