Iris Building
Iris, completed in 2018, offers 15 apartments built to luxury quality standards. It is located just 50 metres from the Central Building.
Gardenia Building
Gardenia is located right across from the Central Building, allowing you to enjoy all the facilities that are just a stone’s throw away from your apartment.
Hortensia Building
At Hortensia, you can enjoy two worlds: the vibrant bustle of the city and the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the adjacent pine forest.
Flora Building
Flora, our tallest building, boasts stunning panoramic views of the valley, the mountains, and the resort.

Outings in nature
For nature lovers and hikers, there are beautiful nature trails around Ciudad Patricia, suitable for all levels. For more experienced hikers, we propose different outings to the Sierra Helada natural park to discover its stunning landscape and surroundings.
Golf at Ciudad Patricia
For golf lovers, there are five different golf courses within a 20-kilometre radius of Ciudad Patricia. The closest are the two beautiful 18-hole golf courses at Villaitana, which is very close to the apartments for seniors at our residential resort.
Visits to the surrounding area
A visit to Benidorm, El Albir, Villajoyosa, Altea or Calpe is a great excuse to leave our residential resort of apartments for retirees and spend a few hours discovering its surroundings and these beautiful towns. Enjoy the many activities and events that are organised in them, both during the winter and summer thanks to the fantastic climate of this area of the Costa Blanca.
